Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content that supports JNJ & CO’s film projects and brand presence. This full-time, on-site role in Belgaum includes developing platform-specific strategies, scheduling posts, and optimizing content performance across channels such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms. The role involves monitoring engagement, responding to audience interactions, and collaborating with production, marketing, and design teams to align social media campaigns with film release timelines and promotional goals. The Social Media Manager will track analytics, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements based on data and industry trends. This role requires consistent coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging is accurate, timely, and aligned with JNJ & CO’s creative vision.
Qualifications
- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messages.
- Proficiency in Content Strategy, including planning editorial calendars and aligning social content with broader marketing objectives.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
- Experience in film, entertainment, or creative industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Belgaum, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of current social media trends, audience behavior, and best practices for community engagement.
