Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will oversee day-to-day social media activities, including developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and managing engaging content for different platforms, and optimizing posts to improve engagement and reach. Additional responsibilities include monitoring analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with trends to drive impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to create engaging content
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze social media analytics and optimize strategies
• Knowledge of popular social media platforms including their functionalities and trends
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in an on-site environment
