Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. As a Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute social media strategies to engage and grow our online community. Your responsibilities include creating and sharing compelling content, optimizing social media channels for audience engagement (SMO), monitoring analytics, and managing communication with followers. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader business objectives and brand identity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Familiarity with analytics tools and a data-driven approach to optimize performance
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to craft engaging, audience-centered content
- Knowledge of trends and tools across popular social media platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in managing social media for B2B or international trade platforms is a strong plus
