Role Description
This is a full time, content first role for someone who lives and breathes social media. Creating engaging content is a primary part of the job.
We are looking for someone who can conceptualize, shoot and edit content across Instagram and LinkedIn with a strong understanding of what makes people stop scrolling.
Content will include a mix of:
• Behind the scenes moments
• Professional campaign shoot footage
• iPhone shot content
• Styling and storytelling content
• Trend based content
The expectation is not basic recording and simple editing. We want someone who can turn raw content into engaging social first storytelling using:
• Strong hooks
• Fast paced editing
• Creative transitions
• Pop sound effects
• Quirky text overlays
• Trend driven formats
• Interactive and retention focused editing styles
You should stay updated with:
• Trending reels
• Trending audio
• Social media trends
• Viral formats
• Audience behavior and engagement patterns
You will also be expected to shoot outdoors with the team whenever required.
Qualifications
• Strong iPhone videography and content creation skills
• Excellent editing skills with attention to pacing and engagement
• Deep understanding of Instagram content trends and viral formats
• Ability to create content independently from concept to posting
• Comfortable appearing during shoots and directing content
