Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can manage and grow the digital presence of multiple company brands. The ideal candidate should be creative, AI-aware, proactive, and capable of working on content, brand visibility, lead generation, and online engagement across platforms.

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, WhatsApp and other platforms
- Plan monthly content calendars
- Research trending topics and industry news
- Write engaging captions, blogs, newsletters, and marketing copy
- Schedule and publish content
- Manage community engagement, comments, and DMs
- Build brand awareness across multiple businesses
🎨 Creative & AI Content
- Generate AI images and graphics
- Create AI videos, reels, shorts, and motion content
- Design creatives using Canva and Adobe tools
- Edit videos for social media
- Build premium presentations and marketing assets
- Develop engaging visual storytelling
🤖 AI & Automation
- Build AI-powered workflows
- Create automations using n8n
- Work with AI Agents and Agentic AI systems
- Integrate APIs and webhooks
- Build internal AI assistants and business automations
- Perform prompt engineering and prompt optimization
- Research and implement the latest AI tools
- Continuously improve business processes using automation
📈 Growth Marketing
- Generate high-quality leads
- Build landing pages and lead funnels
- Run Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Execute WhatsApp & Email Marketing campaigns
- Perform LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns
- Manage CRM and customer follow-ups
- Improve conversion rates through data-driven marketing
🌐 Website & SEO
- Update websites
- Publish blogs
- Perform On-page & Off-page SEO
- Work with WordPress
- Optimize landing pages
- Monitor website performance
📊 Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance
- Analyze marketing data
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Monitor KPIs
- Research competitors and market trends
