Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing, planning, and executing content strategies across multiple platforms. The role involves creating engaging social media campaigns, conducting social media optimization, writing content tailored to target audiences, and ensuring timely responses to community engagement. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online presence and work towards promoting the mission of InternNation.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing to craft compelling content
- Experience in developing Content Strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Knowledge of analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple platforms effectively
- Proficiency in social media management tools and trends
- Background in working with youth development or educational programs is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
