Institute of Automation is a self-funded startup based in Delhi, India. The founders are currently running two successful companies and are now building Institute of Automation as a high-growth startup focused on practical AI learning, automation, and future-ready skills. The company is looking to raise capital within the next 6 months.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who can manage daily content creation and posting across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, follow strategic guidance from the founders, and turn ideas into consistent, high-quality social content.
This role is execution-focused: content generation, platform management, daily posting, coordination, and community growth. We will provide direction, brand guidance, and the required monthly AI subscriptions needed for content creation and workflow support.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and create daily social media content.
- Manage and post content across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Write captions, hooks, text overlays, and basic content variations by platform.
- Repurpose ideas into reels, posts, stories, shorts, and professional updates.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style.
- Coordinate with the founders on content direction and approvals.
- Monitor engagement, comments, and basic performance metrics.
- Stay updated on social media trends, formats, and platform best practices.
- Use available AI tools and design tools efficiently to improve output quality.
- Help build audience interest and brand visibility for Institute of Automation.

Probation and Growth
