Role Description
The Social Media Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Greater Chennai Area, which allows for a mix of in-office collaboration and remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. Daily responsibilities include creating compelling content, optimizing social media platforms, monitoring performance analytics, and collaborating with teams to ensure consistency in messaging. You will also engage with online communities to build and maintain positive brand presence.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing for diverse audiences
- Experience in crafting and executing effective Content Strategies
- Familiarity with analytics tools for monitoring and improving social media performance
- Creative and analytical mindset to adapt strategies for engagement and growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience working in a hybrid environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in social media management
