Social Media Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager to handle multiple client accounts, execute impactful campaigns, and leverage AI tools to enhance content quality, efficiency, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client social media accounts and campaigns
- Define and track KPIs/KRAs for performance optimization
- Plan, create, and publish content across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X)
- Engage with audiences and build strong online communities
- Coordinate with design and content teams for social media calendars
- Collaborate with influencers and partners to expand reach
AI & Tools Expertise
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT for content creation and optimization
- Understanding of Canva and AI-based design tools.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Social Media Manager in a digital marketing agency
- Master’s degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication/ Digital Marketing or related field
- Background in copywriting or content strategy
