Role Description
As a Social Media Manager at Haris&Co, you will lead and manage 6–8 brands, handling end-to-end social media marketing. You will be responsible for strategy creation, content planning, campaign execution, and performance tracking, ensuring consistent growth in engagement and reach.
You will collaborate with writers, designers, and production teams to deliver high-quality content, manage influencer campaigns, and optimize paid ads. Acting as the main point of contact for your brands, you will take full ownership of performance and client communicatio
Key Responsibilities -
Brand Management
- Handle 6–8 brands and manage all social media activities
- Create strategies, content calendars, and engaging content
- Lead influencer collaborations and campaigns
Daily Operations
- Schedule and publish content across platforms
- Engage with audience (DMs, comments, trends)
- Manage ads and track performance metrics
Campaigns & Reporting
- Plan and execute paid campaigns
- Submit weekly/monthly performance reports
- Track content, budgets, and results
Tools & Optimization
- Use tools like Meta Suite, Sprout, etc.
- Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and new tools
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work with cross-functional teams
- Guide juniors and participate in client meetings
- Contribute to creative ideas and team growth
