Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager at Happiness Institute, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi.
We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven Social Media Manager who can independently handle and grow our digital presence. The role involves creating and executing content strategies, managing social media platforms, and driving engagement and reach through innovative and result-oriented approaches.
The candidate will be responsible for planning content, managing daily posts, analyzing performance, running campaigns, and continuously optimizing strategies to achieve measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook)
- Plan and execute content strategies aligned with brand goals
- Create engaging, high-quality content (in coordination with design/video team)
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns
- Stay updated with trends and implement them effectively
- Run and manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads)
- Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns and promotions
Qualifications & Requirements- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management
- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing & platform algorithms
- Proven ability to grow accounts and increase engagement
- Experience in content strategy, planning, and execution
- Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
- Familiarity with Meta Ads and campaign optimization
- Creative mindset with strong execution skills
- Good communication and writing skills
