About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and versatile Social Media Manager to handle end-to-end social media for our company as well as our client portfolio. You'll be the go-to person for everything social — strategy, content, ads, engagement, and reporting — across a variety of brands and industries.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create, schedule, and publish content (graphics, captions, reels, stories)
- Manage paid ad campaigns and optimize for performance
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and grow communities
- Track analytics and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on brand goals
- Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
Requirements
- 1–2 years of hands-on social media management experience
- Experience working with multiple brands, products, or business types
- Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling tools, and analytics platforms
- Strong copywriting and visual communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Based in Jaipur (no remote)
