GWD Kids (www.gwdkids.com) is a handcrafted nursery and children's room décor brand trusted by over 30,000 families across India. Every product is hand-illustrated and made with care — from cot mobiles and name hangings to wall art and fabric garlands. We're looking for a sharp, data-driven social media manager to own our Instagram strategy, drive growth, and build community around a brand people genuinely love.
ROLE:
- Strategy & planning — develop and own the monthly content calendar across Instagram (Reels, Stories, grid), aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments
- Analytics & reporting — track performance weekly (reach, saves, shares, follower growth, website clicks), identify what's working, and translate data into clear action points
- Influencer & UGC coordination — manage the gifting pipeline, brief creators, track deliverables, and build a growing bank of usable content
- Team coordination — brief and manage a video editor and content trainee, ensuring output is on-brand, on-time, and consistently high quality
- Trend research — stay ahead of Reels formats, audio trends, and platform changes; bring ideas proactively rather than waiting to be briefed
SALARY: Rs. 40,000/- to Rs.60,000/- per month.
Past Experience:
- 1–3 years managing social media for a consumer brand, D2C label, or agency with consumer clients
- Comfortable with Instagram Insights and building your own weekly reporting — you make decisions from data, not instinct alone
- Strong written English; able to write captions that sound human and warm, not corporate
- Organised enough to manage multiple moving parts — a content calendar, a creator gifting tracker, a video editor's brief — without dropping the ball
- Genuinely interested in design, interiors, or children's lifestyle — you understand why the aesthetic of this brand matters
Bonus: experience with influencer/UGC campaigns.
