Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some remote work. The Social Media Manager will:
• Manage Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook & YouTube accounts
• Plan monthly content calendars
• Create engaging captions, hooks & campaign ideas
• Coordinate with designers/video editors
• Track performance and suggest growth strategies
• Stay updated with trends and platform changes
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to grow and manage online community presence effectively
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to develop engaging, high-quality content for diverse audiences
- Experience in Content Strategy to plan, execute, and oversee social campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and platforms to assess performance and optimize strategies
- Creativity and ability to stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in social media management
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in client engagement and managing multiple social media accounts is a plus
