We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of brand presence across digital platforms. This role requires someone who can plan, coordinate, execute, and optimize content while working closely with strategists, designers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars for assigned brands
- Translate strategy into platform-wise content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, etc.)
- Coordinate with strategists, content writers, and designers to ensure timely execution
- Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Manage shoot planning & execution (concepts, shot lists, coordination, deliverables)
- Monitor engagement, reach, and performance metrics; optimize based on insights
- Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and new content formats
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Maintain structured documentation and content approvals
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of content planning & platform optimization
- Experience managing reels, stories, and short-form content formats
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong cross-team coordination and communication skills
