Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager who can manage our social media accounts, create engaging content, and communicate with potential clients through calls and messages. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, good communication skills, and experience using modern social media tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others).
- Create, write, and curate engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and blogs. Design social media creatives using Canva.
- Plan and schedule content using Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to generate creative ideas.
- Handle comments, DMs, and audience engagement
- Call potential leads and explain services professionally
- Coordinate sales teams for client conversion
- Monitor competitors and industry trends
- Create monthly social media reports and performance insights
Required Skills
- Strong communication and calling skills
- Experience in social media management
- Graphic design skills using Canva
- Basic video editing skills using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro or any Filmora
- Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Experience with Meta Business Suite
- Understanding of social media algorithms and trends
- Ability to create viral and engaging content ideas
- Good writing and caption creation skills
- Knowledge of hashtag strategy, Keywords and content planning
