Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager to join our team in Guindy. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth. This role involves creating and managing content calendars, optimizing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the creative team to produce compelling content.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) strategies
- Strong Communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
- Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategy for various platforms
- Excellent Writing skills to craft engaging and impactful social media posts
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to assess performance and optimize content
- Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative campaigns
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
