Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Lucknow, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing social media content across platforms to promote Framite AI’s services and brand. The Social Media Manager will manage daily posting schedules, engage with online communities, respond to messages and comments, and track performance metrics. Responsibilities include developing and executing social media campaigns, collaborating with creative and video teams on assets, and aligning content with overall marketing and business goals. The role also includes monitoring trends in AI, video production, and social platforms to keep Framite AI’s presence current and competitive.
Qualifications
- Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills to grow audiences, increase engagement, and support lead generation.
- Proficiency in content strategy and writing to develop clear, compelling, and platform-appropriate social content.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to collaborate across teams and interact professionally with online communities and stakeholders.
- Experience managing brand accounts on major platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook, TikTok or Reels-style platforms).
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns and reporting.
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including basic knowledge of paid social, funnels, and audience targeting.
- Interest in or exposure to AI, creative technology, or video production is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment from Lucknow, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
