🎯 Role Summary
Own the brand's entire digital presence and community — from content strategy and paid campaigns to influencer tie-ups and performance analytics — across all social and digital platforms.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and business goals
Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy for posts, reels, and stories
Brief and coordinate with designers and video editors for visual content
Ensure brand tone, voice, and aesthetics are consistent across all platforms
Platform Management
Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X
Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions — respond and engage within TAT
Identify trending content formats (reels, memes, challenges) and adapt for brand
Paid Social & Performance
Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
Set up A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and copy to improve ROAS
Weekly performance reporting — reach, engagement, CPL, CTR, conversions
Manage retargeting campaigns and funnel-based ad strategies
Influencer & Collaboration
Identify and onboard relevant micro and macro influencers
Manage briefs, content approvals, contracts, and payment cycles
Track influencer campaign performance and ROI
SEO & Digital Presence
Basic on-page SEO knowledge for blog and website content
Manage Google My Business, ratings, and local SEO presence
Coordinate with PR team for digital media placements and backlinks
