We are looking for someone who understands that social media is not just about posting content. It is about building credibility, attracting the right people, and creating meaningful connections.
This role is focused on managing and growing a founder’s personal brand, with a strong emphasis on quality over vanity metrics.
Role Overview
You will handle the end-to-end growth of a founder’s presence, primarily on LinkedIn and secondarily on Twitter.
The goal is simple:
Build a strong network of relevant people in D2C, AI, and sustainability, while removing noise and low-value connections.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for shaping how the founder shows up online.
This includes writing thoughtful, human content around real experiences in D2C, startups, AI, and clean or eco-conscious products. The content should feel real, not templated or overly polished.
You will also decide what to post, when to post, and why it matters. The focus should always be on insight and clarity rather than chasing trends or virality.
A major part of this role is network building. You will actively connect with founders, operators, AI builders, and relevant influencers. At the same time, you will continuously clean and refine the network by removing irrelevant or low-signal profiles.
Engagement is equally important. You will spend time in comments, conversations, and replies to build real relationships, not just surface-level visibility.
Platform Focus
On LinkedIn, the focus will be on consistent, insight-driven posts and meaningful engagement that builds authority over time.
On Twitter, the focus will be on short-form thinking, quick observations, and participating in relevant conversations within AI and startup communities.
What We Are Looking For
Someone who understands the D2C and startup ecosystem and knows how to build a personal brand with intent.
You should be comfortable writing in a simple, clear, and human tone. You should also have a strong sense of judgment when it comes to filtering audiences and focusing only on what matters.
Experience in growing personal profiles, not just company pages, will be important.
What This Role Is Not
This is not a role for someone who is focused only on likes, impressions, or follower count.
It is also not for someone who depends entirely on generic AI-generated content without original thinking.
