Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in South Delhi. The Social Media Manager will oversee the development and implementation of effective social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, managing social media accounts, optimizing performance via Social Media Optimization (SMO), analyzing metrics, and interacting with online communities to foster engagement and loyalty. The manager will also work closely with the marketing team to align content strategies with overall campaigns.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
- Excellent Communication abilities to engage with audiences effectively
- Proficiency in using social media tools and analytics platforms
- Creative thinking and the ability to produce engaging digital content
- Prior experience in managing social media accounts for brands is desirable
- Familiarity with the F&B or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
