ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a strategic and fashion-forward Social Media Manager to oversee and drive our digital presence. This role will work closely with an external marketing agency to ensure seamless execution of social media strategies, campaigns, and content aligned with FASHOR’s brand vision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and own the overall social media strategy in line with brand goals
- Act as the primary point of contact between FASHOR and the marketing agency
- Review, guide, and approve content calendars, creatives, and campaigns
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual identity
- Monitor and evaluate agency performance and campaign effectiveness
- Analyze social media metrics and provide strategic inputs for optimization
- Track industry trends, fashion trends, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, merchandising) for inputs and alignment
- Drive campaign planning, launches, and collaborations (including influencers)
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of all social media initiatives
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
- Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing & Strategy
- Experience in agency coordination or stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and feedback skills
- Ability to review and guide creative content and campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and insights
- Good understanding of fashion trends and digital audience behavior
- Familiarity with social media tools and reporting dashboards
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Prior experience in social media management/brand role (fashion/lifestyle preferred)
- Experience working with external agencies is a strong advantage
