Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to increase engagement and reach. Daily tasks will include creating, scheduling, and optimizing content across various social media platforms, monitoring audience interactions, and analyzing performance metrics to inform future strategies. The role requires collaboration with other departments to align content and strategy with brand goals while staying up-to-date on social media trends and innovations.

Responsibilities

• Manage Facebook pages as per the content strategy
• Schedule and post content consistently
• Monitor comments and actively engage with followers
• Respond to DMs quickly and professionally
• Stay updated with trending topics, memes, and pop culture conversations
• Bring fresh ideas to increase engagement and reach

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (especially Facebook)
• Deep interest in pop culture, entertainment, and trends
• Good communication skills (written English is a must)
• Ability to think fast and respond in real-time
• Prior experience in social media management is a plus
