Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing all social media platforms, creating and executing effective social media strategies, developing engaging and impactful content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, staying updated on social media trends, and identifying opportunities to improve online engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies
- Knowledge of analytics tools and performance metrics for social media platforms
- Ability to understand audience engagement and adapt content appropriately
- Prior experience managing accounts on major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Developing engaging social media content with the creative studio, including carousels, reels, gif, infographics etc.
- Staying up-to-date on social media trends, AI tools, best practices, and platform updates, incorporating new strategies and tactics into our social media efforts as appropriate.
