Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, located in Pune City. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing content for various social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness. Key responsibilities include developing content strategies, managing and optimizing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the creative team to align content with the brand’s goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
- Effective Communication capabilities, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with analyzing performance metrics and using insights to refine content
- Experience with social media tools and platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
- Creative thinking with the ability to craft compelling, audience-focused content
- Proactive approach, attention to detail, and team collaboration skills
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Experience in personal branding or agency work is a plus
