We are seeking an experienced Social Media Content Manager / Copywriter with proven expertise in handling communication mandates for Ministries, Government Departments, and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). The candidate should possess strong editorial judgment, policy understanding, and the ability to translate complex information into engaging, citizen-friendly content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media communication strategies for Ministries/PSUs
• Draft high-quality, policy-aligned content including posts, threads, campaign copies, speeches, FAQs, and digital advisories
• Ensure compliance with government communication protocols and brand guidelines
• Coordinate closely with departmental officials for real-time updates and approvals
• Handle sensitive communication with accuracy and discretion
• Monitor public sentiment and provide response drafts for citizen engagement
• Support awareness campaigns, flagship programs, and government initiatives

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in digital content, preferably with Ministries, Government bodies, or PSUs
• Excellent command over English (knowledge of Hindi is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of public policy communication and governance frameworks
• Experience working on-site at client premises (Government office environment preferred)
• Ability to manage time-sensitive communication with structured approval processes
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
