We work closely with startup founders to help them raise funds, grow their business, and scale faster through mentorship, strategy, and execution support.
Now, we’re building Expertbells into a strong voice in the startup ecosystem — and we’re looking for someone who can lead that journey with us.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who thinks like a growth hacker, not just a content executor.
Your role is simple (but powerful):
👉 Turn content into visibility
👉 Turn visibility into trust
👉 Turn trust into business leads
What You Will Own
- End-to-end management of Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube
- Build content strategy around startups, funding & business growth
- Create high-impact content ideas (reels, posts, carousels, threads)
- Work closely with designers & video editors for execution
- Grow engagement, reach, and brand authority
- Manage community (comments, DMs, conversations)
- Track performance and optimize growth consistently
- Convert content into real business leads & opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn algorithms
- Ability to think in hooks, storytelling & viral content angles
- Good understanding of startup & business content space
- Familiar with tools like Canva, scheduling tools & analytics
- Strong execution mindset (ideas + action)
- Interest in startups, founders & the business ecosystem
Bonus (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in Reels / short-form video content
- Basic video editing skills
- Personal branding or founder content experience
- Prior startup or agency experience
