What you will do
- Own the social media strategy across Instagram and LinkedIn
- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar that balances product, brand story, and community
- Write captions and scripts that sound like Eterna, considered, warm, and never generic
- Brief the design and video team on creatives and ensure output matches the brand aesthetic
- Manage community engagement, DMs, comments, and collaborations
- Identify and coordinate with relevant creators, influencers, and brand partners
- Track performance metrics and use them to improve, not just report
- Stay ahead of trends in luxury lifestyle, home decor, and gifting content
What we are looking for
- 2 to 4 years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or as an independent consultant
- A portfolio or handles you have grown that you can point to
- Strong aesthetic judgment, you should be able to tell instantly when something does not look right for a luxury brand
- Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone across formats
- Experience in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or premium consumer brands is a strong plus
- Comfortable working closely with founders and taking ownership without hand-holding
