We are hiring a Social Media Manager at La Maison Eterna.
At La Maison Eterna, we make handcrafted luxury home decor. Jade bar tools. Hand-blown crystal vases. Silver-plated fruit bowls. Pieces designed to be kept, not unboxed.
Our social media needs to carry the same weight as the objects themselves. Not just pretty pictures. Not just consistent posting. A real point of view, told beautifully, every single day.
That is the role.
📍 Onsite, South Delhi, New Delhi
💼 Full-time, Immediate start
What you will do:
- You will own our Instagram and Pinterest presence end to end. Content calendar, captions, creative direction, coordination with photographers, and publishing. Every post intentional. Every visual on brand.
- You will design creatives yourself. Social graphics, story templates, product highlight cards, campaign visuals. You are comfortable in Canva or Adobe and you know what luxury looks like in a frame.
- You will write in Eterna's voice. Considered, precise, and never performative. The kind of copy that makes someone stop scrolling and actually read.
- You will track performance weekly, understand what the numbers mean, and use that to make the content sharper without ever chasing trends.
- You will reach out to interior designers, stylists, and tastemakers whose world overlaps with ours and build genuine, long-term relationships.
What we are looking for:
- You have managed the Instagram and Pinterest of a luxury, lifestyle, or premium brand and have a portfolio to show for it.
- You can design. Not just edit templates, but create visuals from scratch that feel premium, restrained, and on brand.
- You write beautifully. Captions, outreach notes, DMs. Your written voice is a real asset.
- You have a sharp eye for luxury aesthetics. You know immediately when something looks slightly off, and you fix it before anyone has to tell you.
- You are data literate. You understand reach, saves, and profile visits and you use them to improve, not to inflate.
- You use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to draft and refine content, but the final voice is always the brand's.
