Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating and curating content, managing social media platforms, and optimizing performance through Social Media Optimization (SMO). Additionally, this role involves engaging with online communities, monitoring social media trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with broader marketing objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences
- Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and fine-tune strategies
- Familiarity with emerging social media trends and tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and collaborative skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Prior experience in social media management or digital marketing is an advantage
