Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating impactful content for various platforms, optimizing social media performance, and ensuring consistent engagement with our audience. The role also involves managing communication efforts and aligning social media activities with company goals to build brand presence and drive awareness.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO) techniques
- Strong Communication and Writing skills for consistent and effective messaging
- Experience in creating and implementing Content Strategy tailored to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in analysing performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly
- Familiarity with the latest trends and tools in social media platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the logistics or delivery industry is a plus
