Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can organically grow our social media presence while effectively managing internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in content strategy, audience engagement, community building, trend analysis, and stakeholder communication to drive brand awareness, follower growth, and engagement across digital platforms.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesOrganic Social Media Growth
- Develop and execute organic social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand visibility.
- Grow social media accounts organically across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and TikTok.
- Identify viral trends, hashtags, and content opportunities to maximize organic reach.
- Build and nurture online communities through consistent audience interaction and engagement.
Content Strategy & Management
- Create and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Plan engaging content formats including reels, stories, carousels, videos, blogs, and trend-based content.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content teams to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.
Community & Audience Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Improve audience engagement through interactive campaigns, polls, contests, and conversations.
- Manage online reputation and ensure positive community interactions.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales, leadership, HR, and business teams to align social media activities with company goals.
- Manage communication and expectations with external stakeholders such as influencers, agencies, partners, and clients.
- Present social media strategies, campaign updates, and performance reports to stakeholders.
- Gather stakeholder requirements and convert them into effective social media campaigns and content plans.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze KPIs such as follower growth, engagement rate, impressions, reach, and audience insights.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Use analytics to optimize content strategy and improve organic performance.
Trend & Competitor Analysis
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
- Recommend innovative ideas and campaigns to maintain brand relevance and growth.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Experience handling brand pages and stakeholder communications.
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful organic social media growth.
