Role Description
The Social Media Manager will oversee and execute daily social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content, developing content strategies, managing social media accounts, and optimizing engagement through SMO techniques. The role will involve monitoring metrics, analyzing data to improve strategies, and collaborating with the team to align social media campaigns with overall business goals. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi, requiring proactive communication and a results-driven mindset.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in creating effective Content Strategies tailored to platform requirements
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure campaign performance
- Ability to think creatively and adapt strategies to engage diverse audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3 to 4 years of experience in managing professional social media accounts.
