We’re growing, and we need a Senior Social Media Lead who knows how to break the internet (and then fix it with a solid strategy).
We aren't looking for a "poster." We're looking for an Architect of Attention. You’ve been in the game for 5+ years, so you know that a pretty grid is just the tip of the iceberg. You’ll be the bridge between our killer design team and the chaotic world of algorithms.
What you’ll be doing:
- Strategy First, Aesthetics Second: Crafting high-level social ecosystems that don't just look good—they convert.
- Content Alchemy: Turning a brand’s soul into thumb-stopping stories. You’ll collaborate with our designers to make sure every pixel serves a purpose.
- The Algorithm Whisperer: You speak "Meta," "TikTok," and "LinkedIn" fluently. You know why a post flopped before it even happens.
- Data Storytelling: Translating boring spreadsheets into "Here’s why our client is winning."
- Client Zen: You’re the cool-headed expert in the room, guiding brands from "What is a Reel?" to "We’re trending."
What skillset you should carry:
- Experience: 5+ years in the agency trenches. You’ve seen trends come and go, and you know what sticks.
- The Pen & The Brain: Exceptional writing skills. You can go from "Luxury Minimalist" to "Gen-Z Chaos" in one afternoon.
- Analytical Flex: You love a good insight. If you can’t measure it, you don't do it.
- The Eye: You have a deep appreciation for design, branding, and white space.
- Leadership: You’ve probably mentored juniors or led a team. You know how to keep the creative engine humming.
