We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands content beyond just posting, someone who can think, create, and lead. If you’re someone who lives and breathes trends, knows how to turn ideas into engaging content, and can build meaningful influencer collaborations, this role is for you.
Location: Sector 32, Gurugram (On-site)
Experience: 1-2 years
What you'll do:
- Own and execute the brand’s social media strategy across platforms
- Ideate and create high-performing, trend-driven content (reels, posts, campaigns)
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencer collaborations end-to-end
- Act as the face of the brand when required: on camera and in content
- Work closely with design and performance teams to bring ideas to life
- Track content performance and optimize based on insights
What we're looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in social media, content, or influencer marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Must be available for a full-time, on-site role (no remote work or freelancing).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Confidence in front of the camera is a big plus
- Ability to manage multiple social media strategy and creators simultaneously
