Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager, based in Gurugram. The Social Media Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of social media strategies to meet marketing objectives. Key responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, monitoring campaign performance, developing social media campaigns, and analyzing usage data to optimize strategies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and managing interactions with the online community will also be essential to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Writing for diverse digital platforms
- Experience in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Familiarity with analytics tools for performance tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of current social media trends, platforms, and tools
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Past experience in a similar role or in the digital marketing industry is highly preferable
