Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Social Media Manager role based in Gurugram. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media channels, engaging with online communities, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing content for various platforms. The role also involves creating compelling content, improving social media visibility, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong skills in Communication and Content Strategy
- Proficiency in Writing and creating engaging content for diverse platforms
- Ability to analyze performance metrics, derive insights, and optimize campaigns
- Familiarity with social media tools, platforms, and trends
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in the digital marketing ecosystem and working with B2B audiences is a plus
