Role Description
This full-time on-site role as a Social Media Manager is based in Surat. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media campaigns, developing impactful content strategies, and executing social media posts to grow engagement. They will monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and strategize improvements for enhanced brand visibility. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and timely campaign execution is key to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Expertise in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
- Creativity and a keen understanding of social media trends
- Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies as needed
- Relevant work experience, preferably in the healthcare or digital marketing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
