Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role located in Jaipur. The Social Media Manager will oversee the company's social media presence by developing and executing content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and creating engaging content. Daily responsibilities include crafting and scheduling posts, monitoring social metrics, engaging with audiences, and staying informed about the latest social media trends to ensure innovative and effective campaigns.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategy tailored to different audiences
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and refine strategies as needed
- Familiarity with industry tools and platforms including scheduling, analytics, and design software
- Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in working within a team and collaborating with cross-functional departments
- Background in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus
Starting salary: ₹25,000 per month, with scope for growth based on performance and contribution
