About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to handle and grow brand presence in the beauty and cosmetic space. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of trends, content creation, and audience engagement.
CTC: Up to 6 LPA (Negotiable based on experience.)
Location: Mumbai Central, Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand strategy
- Create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns for beauty and skincare products
- Collaborate with influencers and manage brand partnerships
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better reach and engagement
- Stay updated with latest social media and beauty industry trends
- Handle community management and respond to audience queries/messages
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in social media management (beauty/cosmetic industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Instagram growth strategies and trends
- Basic understanding of paid ads and analytics tools
- Creative mindset with good copywriting skills
- Experience in influencer marketing is a plus
