We’re hiring - Social Media Manager (full-time)
We’re a niche luxury perfume brand. Our feed doesn’t chase trends - it sets a mood. We’re looking for someone who understands the difference between posting content and building a world.
If you’ve grown a brand account from the ground up, know exactly why a reel stops the scroll in the first 2 seconds, and can brief a creative team without killing the vibe - read on.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
• Instagram account management (grid, stories, reels, broadcasts - end to end)
• Creative briefing - you can translate a brand idea into a clear direction for designers and editors
• Influencer marketing - identifying, outreaching, negotiating, and tracking nano to mid-tier collabs
• Trending content radar - you catch hooks and formats early, not after they peak
• Basic content planning - calendars, scheduling tools (Later, Buffer, Meta Suite)
STRONG PLUS
• Experience with a D2C, luxury, lifestyle, or fragrance brand
• Knows how to write captions that save, not just stop
• Comfortable reading Instagram Insights and adjusting strategy based on data
• Has run or assisted with Meta Ads alongside organic content
What this role actually looks like
You’ll own the Instagram. You’ll guide the creative team with briefs and references. You’ll build influencer relationships that feel genuine, not transactional. You’ll know what’s trending on Tuesday and have a brief ready by Wednesday.
Work Structure
Full-time · 10AM - 6PM, Monday to Saturday
3 days in office · 3 days from home
Salary- 25,000 per month
