Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager, operating from Bengaluru with opportunities to work remotely on occasion. The Social Media Manager will oversee the creation and execution of dynamic social media marketing campaigns, develop content strategies, and manage social media optimization (SMO). The role involves using analytics to measure performance, engaging with online communities, and creating compelling content to grow brand awareness and engagement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience with Content Strategy development
- Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
- Working knowledge of social media management tools and platforms
- Creative thinking and trend awareness within the digital space
- Prior experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
