Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media professional with a strong understanding of the Two-Wheeler industry/ B2B. The ideal candidate should have a passion for motorcycles/scooters, strong ideation skills, and a working knowledge of Meta media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and execute content calendars across platforms
- Develop engaging, trend-led content aligned with brand voice
- Ensure consistency in brand communication
🔹 Ideation & Content Strategy
- Generate innovative campaign ideas and contextual content
- Align content with automotive trends, launches, and cultural moments
- Understand rider psychology and community engagement
🔹 Two-Wheeler Industry Understanding
- Basic knowledge of motorcycles/scooters, features, positioning
- Ability to translate product features into compelling social storytelling
🔹 Media Rollout (Meta/Google Focused)
- Understanding of Google/Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Awareness of paid vs organic strategies
- Support in boosting posts and understanding performance metrics
🔹 Contextual & Moment Marketing
- Develop real-time and topical creatives
- Identify cultural trends and adapt brand messaging accordingly
🔹 Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare monthly and campaign performance reports
- Analyze engagement, reach, and conversion metrics
- Share insights and actionable recommendations
Requirements
✔ 2–5 years of experience in social media (Automotive preferred)
✔ Strong ideation and storytelling skills
✔ Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager
✔ Knowledge of analytics & report generation
✔ Passion for motorcycles / Two-Wheeler culture is a plus
✔ Strong communication & presentation skills
