Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly creative and result-oriented Social Media Manager who can plan, create, and execute content strategies that drive client acquisition and brand growth. This role goes beyond posting — the candidate will be responsible for end-to-end content creation, performance tracking, and lead generation through social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Planning
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals
Create platform-specific strategies (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Identify trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies
2. Content Creation (End-to-End)
Design creatives using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
Shoot and create videos (reels, shorts, informational content)
Edit videos with engaging storytelling, captions, and hooks
Write compelling captions and CTAs (Call-To-Actions)
3. Social Media Management
Handle daily posting, scheduling, and engagement
Manage DMs, comments, and audience interaction
Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging
4. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
Run and optimize social media campaigns (organic + paid if applicable)
Generate leads through content funnels (reels, ads, landing pages, etc.)
Collaborate with sales/counseling team for lead quality feedback
Track conversions from social media efforts
5. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs: reach, engagement, leads, conversion rate
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports
Continuously optimize strategy based on data insights
Key Deliverables
Minimum X posts/reels per week (define based on your capacity)
Consistent increase in engagement & followers
Qualified leads generated through social media
Campaign-wise performance reports
Contribution to monthly revenue targets (through leads)
Required Skills:
Graphic design (Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator)
Video shooting & editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut / VN, etc.)
Strong content writing & storytelling skills
Understanding of social media algorithms
Basic knowledge of performance marketing (ads is a plus)
Experience Required:
1–3 years in social media/content creation
Proven track record of growing accounts OR generating leads
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Creative + analytical mindset (not just designer, but thinker)
Result-driven (focused on leads, not just likes)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Takes ownership of outcomes, not just tasks
Salary Range (India context – adjust if needed):
Fresher/Junior: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000
- Mid-Level: Starting compensation 25000rs (Negotiable as per the experience)
