About us
Creme Castle is one of North India's most talked-about dessert brands. What started in Delhi NCR now runs across 9 cities, including Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Jaipur, and Chandigarh, through a network of 40+ dark stores and a central-kitchen model.
We were featured on Shark Tank India and are backed by V3 Ventures (Arjun Vaidya) and Amit Jain, founder of CarDekho. We're founded by a mother-son duo, where the mother, our Head Chef, started the bakery, and her son, an IIT Delhi and FMS Delhi alumnus, now takes it forward.
What makes us different is the model. On top of our core lineup, we drop two limited-edition desserts every month, each built around something going viral globally or iconic regionally, available for a short window, then gone. Think streetwear-drop energy applied to dessert. Hits so far include Dubai Kunafa tubs, Basque cheesecake, Tiramisu Laddoos, and Matcha everything. Our moat isn't one product, it's spotting the next thing before everyone else and making people feel they have to try it before it disappears.
We're trying to do something genuinely different. The dessert category has looked the same for years, and we want to make it trend-driven, creative, and culturally current, breaking the stereotypes of how a dessert brand is supposed to behave. The role
We're looking for someone who lives on the internet, genuinely loves food, especially desserts and cakes, understands why some things blow up and others don't, and can turn that instinct into a brand people follow. This isn't a "schedule posts and reply to DMs" job. You'll shape how Creme Castle shows up, what we drop, how we talk about it, and why people keep coming back to see what's next.
You'll own our social presence and brand voice, create content yourself when the moment calls for it, work closely with our creative agency and influencers, and sit close to the decisions about what we drop and how we market it.
What you'll do
- Own day-to-day social across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, including calendar, posting, community, and growth
- Spot trends early, like viral formats, flavors, and pop-culture moments, and bring drop-worthy ideas to the table instead of reacting to what's already peaked
- Create content yourself when needed, including quick-turnaround reels, stories, and reactive posts that ride a trend while it's hot
- Shape and protect the brand voice, the friend who always knows what's trending first
- Collaborate with our creative agency on ideation, scripting, and production, where you brief, give direction, and keep output on-brand
- Plan and run influencer collaborations, from finding the right creators to briefing them and building campaigns that feel authentic
- Build content systems, like monthly calendars tied to drops and cultural moments, so we never miss a beat
- Track what's working, including reach, engagement, saves, and shares, and use it to sharpen the next drop's launch
What we're looking for
- A genuine love for food, especially bakery, desserts, and cakes. You should be the kind of person who gets excited about a new dessert, not just a new campaign
- 2 to 4 years running social for a consumer brand, with food, F&B, lifestyle, or D2C a strong plus
- A real feel for Gen Z internet culture, where you can explain why something went viral, not just that it did
- Strong brand sense, where you understand the difference between getting views and building a brand
- Comfortable creating content hands-on as well as giving creative direction to agencies and freelancers
- Experience working with influencers and creators
- Sharp writing and a good eye for what looks shareable
- Bonus: comfortable shooting and editing, or experience with a drop or limited-edition model
