Creativefuel is looking for someone who can completely own and scale multiple Instagram pages focused on tech, AI, gadgets, apps, internet culture, and trending digital updates. This person will be responsible for managing content strategy, handling a team of creators/editors, analyzing page growth, and helping launch new IPs in the tech space. We need someone who understands Instagram deeply, stays updated with trends, and knows how to grow pages using data, insights, and audience understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and scale multiple tech-focused Instagram pages
• Lead a team of social media executives, creators, and editors
• Analyze page growth, insights, retention, engagement, and content performance regularly
• Plan viral content formats, hooks, calendars, and growth strategies
• Work on new IP launches around tech, AI, gadgets, and internet trends
• Coordinate with editors/designers for smooth execution
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, algorithm changes, AI tools, and internet culture
• Ensure quality, consistency, and fast execution across all pages
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of Instagram growth, analytics, and viral content strategy
• Experience handling multiple high-volume pages
• Good understanding of tech, AI trends, gadgets, and digital culture
• Experience managing teams and content workflows
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Familiarity with AI tools and content ecosystems preferred
