Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager, based in Vadodara with flexibility for some remote work. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This includes creating and optimizing social media content, managing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the manager will stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media tools.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Strong Communication and Writing skills
- Experience in crafting and executing Content Strategy
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop actionable insights
- Familiarity with content management tools and analytics platforms
- Understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
