We’re not hiring a Social Media Manager.
We’re hiring someone who can make women’s health impossible to ignore.
Most fertility content online is either too clinical, too scary, or too fluffy.
At **Cosma**, we’re changing that.
We’re building **FertiGen**, a non-hormonal, minimally invasive fertility solution for women who are tired of being told their only next step is expensive, invasive treatment.
Now we’re looking for someone who can turn science, patient stories, founder chaos, doctor insights, and cultural conversations into content people actually stop scrolling for.
### This role is for you if you can:
* Turn a fertility myth into a viral carousel
* Convert a doctor’s 20-minute explanation into a 30-second reel
* Make LinkedIn care about women’s health
* Spot a trend and ask, “How does this apply to fertility?”
* Write captions that sound human, not like a hospital brochure
* Build community, not just post content
* Balance empathy, science, and sharp storytelling
### You’ll own:
* Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and founder-led content
* Reels, carousels, scripts, memes, explainers, patient education, and campaigns
* Content calendars, performance tracking, and growth experiments
* Brand voice across fertility, women’s health, science, and startup-building
* Community engagement across comments, DMs, doctors, and patients
### We’d love you to have:
* 1–3 years of experience in social media/content/growth
* Strong writing instincts
* Taste for what works online
* Comfort with Canva, CapCut, Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form video
* Interest in women’s health, fertility, healthcare, or consumer brands
* The ability to simplify complex science without making it boring
Healthcare experience is great.
Curiosity is non-negotiable.
