We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive/Manager with 3–5 years of experience to manage end-to-end social media operations across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end management of social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Review and edit content before it goes live to ensure quality, brand alignment, and accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal creative/content teams for timely delivery of posts and campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
- Drive audience growth, engagement, reach, and overall platform performance.
- Track analytics and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Suggest innovative ideas and campaigns to improve visibility and engagement.
- Ensure consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management/content marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Basic understanding of content editing and social media creatives/videos.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines efficiently.
Preferred:
- Experience in advertising, media, entertainment, or digital marketing industry.
- Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar platforms.
