Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role located in Jamshedpur. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and executing comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement. Daily responsibilities include creating and curating content, optimizing social media platforms, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering community engagement. Collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to align strategies with organizational goals is a key focus of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
- Proficiency in crafting effective Content Strategies and Writing engaging content
- Exceptional Communication skills to engage with audiences and collaborate with internal teams
- Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and optimize social media performance
- Experience in digital branding and marketing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Ability to stay updated with emerging social media trends and translate them into actionable strategies
